Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS

Soul of Salt will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered products in new resalable condition for IN STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items must be RECEIVED by Soul of Salt within 30 days of purchase. 

        RETURN PROCESS

• Email/forward customerservice@soulofsalt.com  a copy of your original receipt. A Return Authorization Form will be emailed back if the item meets the requirements for return. A printed copy of the Return Authorization  Form must be sent back with the order to ensure you receive credit.   
• Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Items must be shipped back in a trackable manner. Soul of Salt is not responsible for items sent without a tracking number that do not arrive and you will not receive credit. 
• An instore credit will be issued within 5 days of receipt if the product meets our requirements.  A unique instore credit code will be sent via email. Instore credit expires after 180 days of issuance. 

DAMAGED PRODUCT

• Please inspect product immediately upon arrival. 
• If an item is received damaged, it must be reported to customerservice@soulofsalt.com within 3 days of receipt. Pictures must be included. Please include pictures of any damaged shipping cartons/packages as well. A prepaid shipping label will be emailed for returns. 
• A full refunds for the item will be issued if the item is found to be damaged prior to, or during shipping. 
• Credit will be issued via the original payment method within 5 days of receiving the damaged product back. 

COLOR DISCREPANCIES

Please note that photography, lighting, and converting images for web can sometimes slightly alter the color of an item. This is not considered damaged product and our regular return policy applies to these situations.
